90 days to decide.

A projector either changes your evenings or it doesn't, and you should have long enough to find out. That is why we give you 90 days from delivery — not a 14-day window that expires before the routine has settled.

How it works

Write to us within 90 days of delivery and tell us it did not work out. We will send you return instructions and refund you in full once the item arrives back with us. You do not need to give a reason.

Condition

The projector should come back complete — projector, cable, planet lamp and films. Signs of normal use are fine; that is the point of trying it.

Return shipping

If the item arrived faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we receive the item, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Your free gifts

The gifts included with your order are yours to keep. You do not need to return them, and their value is not deducted from your refund.
