Free shipping on every order.

Shipping is included in the price. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times

• United States — Standard (free): 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Most parcels arrive within this window; customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. Tracking usually begins updating 24–72 hours later, and it is normal for scans to pause for several days mid-journey and then jump forward.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.

Delays

Carrier delays happen, particularly around holidays. If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier or send a replacement.
