By placing an order on this store you agree to the terms below. Please read them before buying. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

2. The product

The MOONIX Dream Projector is a USB-powered decorative light. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any sleep disorder or other condition. Any references to rest, calm or bedtime routines describe how customers use the product, not a clinical outcome. If you or your child have a diagnosed sleep condition, speak to a healthcare professional.

3. Safe use

Use the product only with a standard USB power source. Keep the cable out of reach of infants and young children, and do not leave the projector within a cot or crib. Do not look directly into the lens. Adult supervision is recommended for children under three.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Free gifts

Gifts included with a pack have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed separately. If you return an order, you keep the gifts and their value is not deducted from your refund.

6. Shipping

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for details.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to MOONIX or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
